Blake Lively hates filming sex scenes.

The 'Gossip Girl' actress says getting intimate with a co-star in front of the camera is not a nice experience because nobody feels comfortable doing them.

She said: ''Filming sex scenes is always just terrible. Terrible. The actors are uncomfortable, the crew are uncomfortable. But, at the same time, you're all trying to make it as exciting as possible.''

Blake admits the sex scenes in her latest film 'Savages' were even more difficult to film because there were three people involved.

She added to Marie Claire magazine: ''The sex scenes in 'Savages' were especially tricky because they weren't just 'the exciting sex scenes in a movie', but a really important way of showing how these three people love each other, and how they can exist in a relationship together. They were filmed in the first few days of shooting so, on the plus side, you get to know each other very quickly. But it's a pretty torturous process. Afterwards, you're like, 'Nooo! My family is going to see this!' ''
