Moscow, Belgium DVD is a January 26th DVD release from NeoClassics Home Entertainment.  This “Winner Critics’ Week Cannes” and “Winner Krzysztof Kieslowski Award Best Feature Film Denver Film Festival” movie is one of the top foreign films of 2009 according to many critics.

Moscow, Belgium is a romantic comedy about a depressed housewife whose husband is leaving her for a younger woman. Living in a working class neighborhood on the outskirts of Ghent, Belgium, 41 year-old Matty (Barbara Sarafian), mother of three, bumps her car into a truck in a supermarket parking lot. Johnny (Jurgen Delnaet), who is 29, climbs down from the cabin and a heated argument ensues. What follows is the development of the most unlikely relationship between Matty and Johnny despite his spotty past and her almost ex-husband who wants her back. Moscow, Belgium is written by Jean-Claude Rijckeghem and Pat van Beirs, and directed by Christophe Van Rompaey. The score is composed by Tuur Florizoone.
