John Wells wrote and directed this 2010 film which aims to examine the personal effects of corporate downsizing. Ben Affleck stars as the main character Bobby Walker. As a golf-playing Marketing Sales exec with a six-figure income, Walker is left feeling empty after losing his job to layoffs. The former white-collar worker finds himself having to consider a job installing drywall with his brother-in-law (played by Kevin Costner). Tommy Lee Jones and Chris Cooper also play supporting roles.
