Dylan McDermott is a well-known actor who has experienced success in both television and film. He is known as a heartthrob to many female moviegoers.
McDermott's most recent project is the 2012 big screen adaptation of the novel The Perks of Being a Wallflower. In the movie he plays the father of the main character, named Charlie (Logan Lerman).
He scored his first big acting break with a role in the 1993 hit film In the Line of Fire. One year he later, he portrayed Bryan Bedford in the classic film Miracle on 34th Street.
