Mel Gibson stars in this 2010 film adaptation of the 1980's television series. As a crime/drama/mystery thriller, "Edge of Darkness" follows Homicide detective Thomas Craven (Gibson) as he mourns the death of his activist daughter. In the process he learns that not only did she have a double life, but it may have ended with a corporate cover up. Also starring Ray Winstone and Danny Huston.
