Set in the year 2159, when the very wealthy live on a man-made space station called Elysium while the rest of the population resides on a ravaged Earth, an unlucky ex-con (played by Matt Damon) takes on a mission that if successful will not only save his life, but could bring equality to these polarized worlds. Written and directed by Neill Blomkamp, this futuristic sci-fi drama also stars Jodie Foster, William Fichtner, Sharlto Copley, Diego Luna & Alice Braga.
