"Piranha 3DD"
Set after the events of "Piranha 3D," "Piranha 3DD" shows the deadly piranha taking up residence at a brand new waterpark. With actors such as David Hasselhoff and Gary Busey, "Piranha 3DD" promises to be a fun and entertaining start to the summer. The film was released in theaters on June 1.

"Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted"

This time around, the beloved characters of the series are still trying to find a way to get back home to New York and end up in Europe. While in Europe, the characters end up joining a circus.

"G.I. Joe: Retaliation"
The first film in this series was a complete flop. However, with a new director and almost completely new cast, "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" promises to be much better than the first. The sequel stars Channing Tatum and Ray Park, as well as new cast members such as Dwayne Johnson. In this sequel, the G.I. Joes are battling Cobra, as well as threats from the government. The film is set to release on June 29.

"The Dark Knight Rises"
Christian Bale and Gary Oldman are back this summer in "The Dark Knight Rises." This film is the sequel to "The Dark Knight." The events in "The Dark Knight Rises" occur eight years after the events that occurred in "The Dark Knight." In "The Dark Knight," Batman battled the Joker. In the sequel, Batman must battle both Catwoman and Bane. This highly anticipated film is set for release on July 20.

"Ice Age: Continental Drift"
The "Ice Age" movies have proven to be popular among both kids and adults. Set for release on July 13, "Ice Age: Continental Drift" features characters Manny, Sid and Diego exploring a new world and meeting new animals when their continent starts drifting. Actors Ray Romano, Denis Leary and John Leguizamo are all back to voice their popular characters.

"Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days"
The "Wimpy Kid" films follow main character Greg as he battles his older brother and deals with the stresses of school. This movie is another installment in the popular film series. In this installment, the school year ends for the summer and all of Greg's plans go wrong during his vacation. This installment in the series will be in theaters on August 3.

"The Bourne Legacy"
While this film is considered another installment in the "Bourne" films, it is the first of the series to not star Matt Damon. However, a fresh take on the series can be expected in addition to a new main character. In this film, a man must go on the run after giving himself up to the agency that created Jason Bourne. Many people are worried that this film will not live up to the other "Bourne" films. However, it is considered a highly anticipated film for the summer. "The Bourne Legacy" is set for release on August 3.

"The Expendables 2"
Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Arnold Schwarzenegger are back in "The Expendables 2."
