Topher Grace is set to star in supernatural thriller 'Home'.

The 'That 70s Show' actor is in talks to appear in Dennis Iliadis' - best known for directing the 2009 remake of 'The Last House on the Left' - upcoming flick about a man recently released from a mental institution, who inherits a mansion from his parents and starts to believe the eerie building is haunted.

Jason Blum is producing, alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and his Appian Way Productions partner Jennifer Killoran and Graham King, The Hollywood Reporter writes.

Patricia Clarkson, who recently starred in 'The East', is also negotiating a role in the film, which has been scripted by Adam Alleca.

Universal will distribute 'Home' as part of its first look deal with Blumhouse Productions - founded by Blum.

Grace recently wrapped work on Christopher Nolan's big-budget sci-fi adventure 'Interstellar' and will next appear in crime thriller 'The Calling' with Susan Sarandon and Donald Sutherland.

The 35-year-old star will appear in Interstellar' alongside Hollywood A-Listers Anne Hathaway, Matthew McConaughey, Sir Michael Caine and Jessica Chastain.
