Meryl Streep to present at Oscars
Meryl Streep and Jean Dujardin will present at this year's Oscars.
The actors - who took the top acting prizes at last year's Academy Awards - will be joined by fellow acting award winners, Christopher Plummer and Octavia Spencer, in the annual tradition which sees the previous year's recipients usher in the new crop of winners.
Producers for the awards show, Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said: ''We are honored to have Meryl, Octavia, Christopher and Jean, last year's Oscar winners in each of the acting categories, return to the Oscar stage.''
Meryl earned her third Oscar win in the Best Actress field for Margaret Thatcher biopic, 'The Iron Lady', at last year's ceremony. Meanwhile, Jean received his first nomination and win as Best Actor for French silent film 'The Artist'.
Canadian actor Christopher became the oldest person to win an Oscar, aged 82 at the time, for his Best Supporting Actor role in 'Beginners'. Octavia's win came for ensemble drama 'The Help' and marked the actress' first nomination and victory.
It was recently confirmed that Mark Wahlberg and animated teddy bear, Ted, from the movie of the same name, will also present at the ceremony. The film's director, Seth MacFarlane, will serve as the night's host.
