The 32-year-old actress was found to have none of her movies ranked as 'Fresh' - meaning an average of 60 per cent or higher - on movie review aggregator RottenTomatoes.com and an average ranking of just 18.9.
The low score came from flops such as 'Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit', with 7 per cent, 'I Know What You Did Last Summer', which with a 35 per cent ranking was still 28 per cent higher than its sequel, 'I Still Know What You Did Last Summer' and both 'Garfield' films, which ranked 15 and 11 per cent respectively.
In contrast, Slate.com, who comprised the footage after studying reviews from 1985 onwards - a period they deemed no longer tinged by nostalgia - found Arsinee Khanjian to be ranked the best actress.
Three of her films, 'The Sweet Hereafter', 'Calendar' and 'Speaking Parts', scored 100 per cent, boosting her average to 84.7 per cent - and her worst-ranked movie still received 56 per cent.
'Gone Baby Gone' star Amy Madigan was the highest-rated American actress, averaging 72.8 per cent.
Chuck Norris was the worst-reviewed actor, averaging just 18.4 per cent since 1985, while 'Jean de Florette' star Daniel Auteuil came out top, receiving an average films core of 86 per cent.
