Leonardo DiCaprio to film Wolf in summer
Leonardo DiCaprio is reteaming with Martin Scorsese for 'The Wolf of Wall Street'.
The 'J Edgar' actor - who has worked with the acclaimed director four times previously - will take a starring role in the movie, which is based on the memoir by Jordan Belfort.
The movie will tell the tale of a hard-partying drug-fuelled stockbroker who was indicted in 1998 for security fraud and money laundering and consequently served a 22 month prison stretch.
Leonardo and Martin have been trying to get the project off the ground since 2007, but now a firm timeline has been set, with the movie shooting in New York in the summer.
Martin will produce the project as well as direct, with a script by Terence Winter.
The pair have previously worked together on 'Gangs of New York', 'The Aviator', 'The Departed' and 'Shutter Island'.
Leonardo recently completed filming on 'The Great Gatsby' alongside Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire.
A planned release date is not yet known.
