Mark Wahlberg: Ted 2 will be sick
Seth MacFarlane directs this film about a man whose teddy bear comes to life when a childhood wish comes true. McFarlane voices the bear (Ted), while Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis also star.
Mark Wahlberg says 'Ted 2' will be ''sick''.
The 'Ted' star revealed director Seth MacFarlane has begun work on a sequel to this year's hit R-rated comedy caper about a teddy bear that comes alive, although film studio Universal Pictures has yet to officially confirm the news.
Speaking to Collider.com, he said: ''They are working on it now. The great thing about it is Seth's ideas for the second one are sick.''
The 41-year-old actor also praised 'Family Guy' creator Seth for bringing fresh ideas to the proposed sequel because of his success in TV.
Mark explained: ''He comes from a world of television so he knows how to tell stories, the way that most people don't. He's a different kind of guy.''
'Ted' - which also stars Mila Kunis and Giovanni Ribisi - proved to be a smash success earlier this year, grossing more than $500 million worldwide.
The 'Broken City' star is set to begin work on 'Transformers 4' - which he recently called the ''most important'' role of his life - after hitting it off with director Michael Bay while filming 'Pain & Gain'.
He said: ''We had such a great time working together. We kind of complement each other throughout the entire process - what he does and what I do, and how we were able to do it together.
''After that I said, 'Dude, we have to work together again', and he said, 'I have a project you might be interested in'. That's how 'Transformers' came about.''
