Last week wasn't the first time this season that The Flash had Barry suffer a brutal loss to Zoom and lose his powers from it. However, the last time was early enough in Season 2 that they could just have Barry get his speed back in one episode. But there is no quick fix at this stage of the game as Barry will be Back to Normal for a while, although the threats and the sins of the past still keep coming anyway.
