Jason Statham and Jennifer Lopez team up in this crime thriller about a professional thief with a unique code of ethics. Parker (Statham) has been double-crossed by his crew, his stash stolen before he's left for dead. Determined to get even, he dons the disguise of a rich Texan before heading down to Palm Beach, where the crew is planning their biggest heist ever. With the help of an unlikely partner (played by Jennifer Lopez), Parker devises a plan to hijack the score, take everyone down and get away clean. Based on a best-selling novel by Donald E. Westlake.

Quick Hits Movie Review: "Parker" -

I just went and saw “Parker”, or maybe it was “The Transporter”, either way I saw a movie with Jason Statham, guns, blood, sex, and money.  “Parker” is most definitely your typical action film, but I do enjoy Jason Statham as a bad dude.  His character Parker is a thief and at the beginning of the film him and his crew rob the Ohio State fair only to have certain events take place which forces Parker to take revenge on his crew with the help of a real estate agent named Leslie (Jennifer Lopez).

As I said before, this is a very typical Jason Statham movie and if you like his movies then you will not be disappointed.  The key elements I liked from the movie, beside the obvious fact that we get to see J-Lo in her underwear, are performances by some of my favorite actors Nick Nolte who we just saw in “Gangster Squad”, and Clifton Collins Jr. who I just saw give a brilliant performance in “Capote”.
