Shailene Woodley is a young American actress who currently stars in the lead role on ABC's family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager. In 2011 she made her feature film debut alongside George Clooney in the hit comedy-drama The Descendants. Her portrayal of Alexandra King, the troubled daughter of Clooney's character, won her an Independent Spirit Award as well as a Golden Globe nod.
