Dolph Lundgren's crazy character
Dolph Lundgren believes his character in 'The Expendables' is "nuts".
The Swedish-born actor - who plays Gunner in the Sylvester Stallone-written piece - admits the ex-soldier is "a dangerous guy", who Stallone had to make less complex as the film went on.
He said: "He's nuts. Basically he's lost it. He's a dangerous type of guy who probably used to be a great soldier and now he's still a good soldier but he's over the top.
"He was more complex in the earlier drafts but he had to streamline things because of the time element. All the characters need their moment but I still think there's some complexity to the character."
Dolph also confirmed he expects a follow-up to be made because Sylvester is a fan of franchises.
He said: "I know Stallone likes franchises so maybe he will do it that way and maybe he will find another enemy who can be annihilated."
