In order to help you discover some of the best recent movies for kids releases for your family’s entertainment purposes, we offer this updated list of kids movies that features some the best DVD and Blu-ray movies released during the current year according to our kids reviews of movies. The list is in alphabetical order by title and includes family movies that are appropriate for kids.
This list of kids movies is updated regularly with new additions. The current year’s list will change over in January with the new year’s list of movies for kids started. If you have any suggestions on movies that have been released on DVD or Blu-ray on or after January 1st of the current year, feel free to let us know. Only movies in kid or family genres that have been reviewed on Movie Room Reviews are included in this list. Each film includes a link to the DVD or Blu-ray review.

Just remember that to be included in the list, the film had to have been released for the first time on DVD or Blu-ray during the year. It must also have scored a B or higher in our review.
