Idris Elba & Matt Dillon star in this slick, fast-paced heist movie. The Takers are five sharply dressed bank robbers (Elba, Paul Walker, Hayden Christensen, Michael Ealy & Chris Brown) who live a luxurious lifestyle. A pair of dogged police detectives (Dillon & Jay Hernandez) are after them, though they aren't very close to bringing them down. Then a sixth member (hip-hop artist T.I.) of the Takers gets out of prison and proposes a lucrative armored-car robbery. The idea sets in motion a chain of explosive events.
